2. Roles & Responsibilities
A. Property Specialist / Cold Caller

Logs all call outcomes and updates CRM systems accurately.

Follows Do Not Call (DNC) and opt-in compliance standards.
B. Lead Manager

Manages incoming and warm leads while maintaining organized follow-ups.

Conducts outreach through client-approved SMS, emails, or calls.

Ensures CRM accuracy and seamless data management.

Coordinates with the Acquisition team to schedule appointments.
C. Acquisition Manager

Negotiates property prices, terms, and offers with sellers.

Prepares and sends offers using approved templates.

Works closely with Lead and Disposition Managers to ensure smooth closings.
D. Disposition Manager

Markets and sells acquired properties to buyers and investors.
-
Manages listings, negotiations, and deal closings.
-
Maintains ongoing communication with qualified buyers and investors.
E. Data Manager

Sources property and homeowner data from approved platforms (e.g., PropStream, BatchLeads).

Conducts skip tracing using verified providers.

Cleans and updates databases, removing duplicates and DNC-listed numbers.
F. Administrative / Executive Assistant

Manages schedules, reports, and internal communications.

Handles email correspondence and document preparation.
-
Provides daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
