Based on your package, Generally if you are starting your campaigns and new in the field we will list pull and skip trace the list for you.
We support your campaigns with a dedicated reporting and data visualization tool that is updated daily, allowing you to easily track and monitor all of your campaign KPIs in one place.
The number of leads can vary significantly depending on the quality of the list and the performance of the agent. Even the best callers cannot produce strong results when working with poor lists or inaccurate data, and performance can also fluctuate from day to day. On average, we typically see about 1–3 leads generated per agent per day.
Our agents speak primarily English, and Spanish. If our clients have a need for other languages we can accommodate them accordingly.
We can submit the leads to either your Podio or a Google Sheets.
We have full time quality assurance and sales managers. All calls are recorded and listened to daily. Our agents also get receive daily training to ensure they are providing the best quality and they statistically monitored.
As soon as you submit your deposit we will begin training a caller or callers to fit your business. This generally takes 2-3 days.
it depends on the provided list, even the high average agent can get 1 or 2 leads on a bad list, however we do provide Data Mining Lists for poor lists to make sure that you get at least 4-5 leads per one agent daily.
